1929 Roadster
This ‘29 Ford hi-boy roadster is on Model A rails which are Z’ed 3 inches in the rear. It rides on 16-inch ‘40 Ford wheels with 5.00-inch dirt track Firestones in the front and 7.00-inch in the rear, and has ‘40 Ford brakes all the way around. The rear end is also ‘40 Ford with 354 gears and ‘46 rear wishbones. In front, there’s an early dropped Model A axle, ‘39 spindles, ’36 wish bones with ‘34 ends and an F1 steering box. The engine is a balanced and blueprinted early Olds 303 with Edelbrock valve covers and intake, topped with three Stromberg 97 carbs. We used Guide headlights, ‘37 Ford tail lights, and an oval Model T gas tank in the trunk.
This little roadster is super fun to drive and very fast!
